ck49 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Our Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ck49" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ck49.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services operated thereunder.
• "Platform" means the ck49 website, its game library, sportsbook, account management system, payment infrastructure, and all related services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ck49 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account opened in your name on the ck49 Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh, in which all balances, transactions, and bonuses on ck49 are denominated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional value added to your account as part of a ck49 promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your ck49 Account via an approved payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the ck49 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full account functionality and process withdrawals.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of ck49, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, network outages, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures.

By accessing the ck49 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered through ck49, you conclusively agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions form the entire and exclusive legal agreement between you and ck49 with respect to the Platform. They supersede and replace any prior written or oral representations, agreements, or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.

To register and maintain an Account on ck49, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are at least 21 years of age. ck49 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process and may be requested at any time at ck49's discretion.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino gaming and sports betting are not prohibited by applicable law as it applies to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of ck49 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You have not previously been excluded, self-excluded, or had an Account terminated on the ck49 Platform for any reason.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Each individual person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the ck49 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or under any alias — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You must not provide false, misleading, or third-party information at any stage of the registration process.

4.2 KYC Verification

ck49 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Documents typically requested include a government-issued national identification card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement). Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. ck49 may also request source-of-funds documentation at its absolute discretion.

4.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held on your Account. If your details change, you must update them promptly by contacting ck49 customer support at [email protected]. ck49 accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ck49 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued as part of two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

ck49 strongly recommends that all Account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP to provide an additional layer of security against unauthorised access. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified ck49 of a suspected breach in a timely manner.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ck49 customer support immediately at [email protected]. ck49 will investigate reported breaches and may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation. ck49 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to you notifying ck49 of the compromise.

All financial transactions on ck49 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck49 does not process transactions in any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion charges or hidden platform transaction fees applicable to standard deposits and withdrawals.

6.1 Approved Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the ck49 Platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from accounts held at Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ck49 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ck49, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ck49 Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ck49 accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network issues.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. ck49 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take an additional 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ck49 operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) principles. ck49 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. In such circumstances, ck49 may request additional documentation and may be required to report the matter to the relevant authorities without notifying the Account holder.

ck49 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Account holders, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladeshi market.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum deposit conditions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• ck49 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and to void any bonus where it suspects abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Account holders who successfully complete KYC verification and make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible for the ck49 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount before any withdrawal can be processed. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited to the Account, after which it will expire and be removed.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ck49 employs technical and analytical tools to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, collusion between players, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck49 reserves the right to void the bonus, confiscate associated winnings, and terminate the Account.

All casino games available on the ck49 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, instant-win games, and all other titles — are governed by the individual rules published within each game interface, as well as the general provisions of this Section 8.

8.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on ck49 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG outputs are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by ck49, its game providers, or any player. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and verifiable within each game's information panel.

8.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by ck49's game provider partners, including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. These games are conducted by trained human dealers in accordance with the rules of each specific game variant. All live game outcomes are determined by physical means (cards, roulette wheel) and are not subject to RNG software.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure during a game round, ck49 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. ck49 is not liable for any losses, missed winnings, or other damages resulting from technical errors in any game.

8.4 Disputed Outcomes

If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise the dispute with ck49 customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game round concluding. ck49 will investigate all disputes in good faith and, where applicable, review game logs and provider records. The decision of ck49 following a good-faith investigation shall be final and binding.

The ck49 sportsbook offers betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All betting markets, odds, and in-play functionality are governed by this Section 9 and the specific rules published for each sport within the ck49 sportsbook interface.

9.1 Odds and Market Changes

All odds are quoted in decimal format and denominated in BDT. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by ck49, the odds at which the bet was placed are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.

9.2 Bet Acceptance

ck49 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or reverse any bet at its absolute discretion, including where: the bet exceeds the applicable stake limit; the bet appears to be placed on the basis of inside information; there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or corrupt activity; or there has been a manifest pricing error by ck49.

9.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, all unsettled bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players. Specific sport rules may apply different void conditions — refer to the applicable sport ruleset within the ck49 sportsbook for details.

9.4 Live Betting

In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected events. ck49 operates a brief delay mechanism on live bet acceptance to prevent the exploitation of broadcast delays. Bets placed after an outcome-determining event has occurred but before the market has been suspended may be voided at ck49's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck49 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the ck49 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ck49's Platform or any game for financial gain.
• Engaging in chip-dumping or any other form of deliberate loss transfer between player accounts.
• Using the ck49 payment infrastructure for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity — including money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Abusing the customer support system through harassment, threats, or repeated bad-faith complaints.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the ck49 Platform's software, infrastructure, or data systems.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, including self-exclusion.

ck49 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling across all aspects of its Platform. ck49 believes that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulties. The following tools and policies are in place to support all players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit may be reduced immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Reality Check Reminders: Players may configure periodic pop-up reminders at intervals of their choosing, displaying the duration of the current session and net gaming result, to encourage informed decision-making.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, login is suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted.

All content published on the ck49 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of ck49 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ck49 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of ck49.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck49 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, copy, republish, frame, download, transmit, modify, display, reverse-engineer, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ck49.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck49 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the ck49 Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Losses arising from any Force Majeure event.

Nothing in these Terms limits ck49's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

ck49 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the ck49 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data ck49 collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and the rights you have in relation to your personal data.

ck49 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the ck49 Platform. Player passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible in plain text to any ck49 employee or system. ck49 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ck49 will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Account holders via the contact details held on their Account.

Your continued use of the ck49 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected]. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, together with the effective date displayed at the top of the document.

ck49 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Continued operation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to ck49.
• You have requested self-exclusion under ck49's responsible gaming programme.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting ck49 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement) will be refunded to you via your last used approved payment method within a reasonable time, subject to KYC verification requirements being met.
